Case Study: Branding & Web Design

Heritage Woodworks, located in Suffolk, Virginia is a custom cabinet manufacturing company that specializes in all wood cabinets for custom and semi-custom designs.  With a 22,000 square foot facility, Heritage is able to compete with national and international competitors and provide higher quality goods at a cost effective price.

The cabinets are designed and distributed through a network of Custom Design Studios in Virginia Beach, Richmond and Suffolk.  Onsite designers work with clients (residential and commercial) to develop custom layouts and provide installation and follow-up support.

Challenge: Heritage launched the custom design studios in Virginia Beach and Suffolk under the Custom Kitchen Design name.  When they expanded to Richmond, a local competitor had established a brand very similar to the Custom Kitchen Design name so Heritage wanted to brand the Richmond location differently.

Solution: Through market research and consumer studies, Addison Clark, LLC developed a brand strategy that allowed Heritage to brand their showrooms in all localities while creating an overarching corporate brand.
