Alison Fallecker
Alison comes to Addison Clark with more than a decade of experience in the creative industry. From working in corporate marketing to running her own agency, Novus Creative, Alison’s combination of right-brained resourcefulness and strategic execution brings a new place-setting to the Addison Clark table.
Alison specializes in brand identity, logo design, collateral creation, and copy writing, and occasionally dabbles in character illustration. (Have you met A.C.?) Several of her marketing campaigns in the corporate arena have garnered national recognition for their inventive concepts and successful results.
A true “southern gal,” Alison is originally from the Los Angeles area, and spent the majority of her later childhood in Northern Virginia. She graduated with a degree in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University, and has called Richmond “home” ever since.
When she’s not critiquing billboards on the highway, Alison enjoys quiet evenings at home with her husband, a Redbox new release, and a double-scoop of Bruster’s birthday cake ice cream. Her current favorite pastime is baking a bun in the oven (due December 1).
Ryan Delafosse
Ryan Delafosse is the lead web developer and self-proclaimed geek of Addison Clark. During his college career, Ryan worked in several different industries. He managed office supplies at BRS Sales, investigated several local banks as a secret shopper, cut & prepped meat at Ukrop's, and developed web pages for the Virginia Department of Health which is his true calling. After a two year stint at State, he was paroled for good behavior and was quick to jump to the private sector.
Ryan is a recent graduate at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he studied Information Systems in the business school. He also holds an Associate's Degree in Internet Application Development from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
Texas born and Virginia raised, Ryan has spent most of his life in the Richmond area. That being said, he has been known to drop a southern drawl on rare occasions. In his free time you can find Ryan spending time with family & friends or in front of a screen with the latest video game.

For the past three years, she has worked in property management and has been an account manager/strategist for a local full-service marketing agency. This fierce combination has made her a perfect fit for the Addison Clark team. This girl has a passion for marketing!
When she is not at work, you'll find her on movie dates with her husband, spending time with friends at outdoor barbeques, and playing with her two dogs, Daisy and Quincy. She was born and raised in Blacksburg, Virginia--and therefore is a serious Hokie football fan.
