Tweed is a retail establishment located in Glen Allen, Virginia, that specializes in gifts and home accents. Their clientele demands high quality customer service and Tweed employees do not disappoint! Their philosophy is to develop a customer relationship and not to just make a sale. After many years of developing a local/regional customer base, Tweed wanted to expand its reach and develop an eCommerce website that offers its product line outside the Richmond area while maintaining the high level of customer services that has made them successful.

How do you translate a hands-on customer service experience on the web while managing efficiency and cost?
