Bailey is a true team player at heart. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, she discovered her passion for swimming which would lead her to James Madison University. She pursued her degree in Media Arts and Design and competed D1 on the women's swimming and diving team. In her role at Addison Clark, she combines her creative skills with her love for writing captions (for literally anything). Outside of work, you'll probably find her on a run through the Fan or at a concert downtown.
