Planning the Final Months of the Year

Written by:

Now that we are well into the back half of 2026, there’s no better time to take a step back and think beyond the day-to-day. The final months of the year always bring new opportunities, unexpected challenges, and a chance to set yourself up strong for the future. There are three key things we encourage our clients to consider this time of year:

  1. Revisit your goals set at the beginning of 2026.

New Year’s resolutions can be a little cliché for personal use, but the business owner community knows that setting yearly, data-driven benchmarks and goals is the best way to stay on track for success. We operate the same way with our business partnerships. We always set goals for ourselves that most align with our clients’ overall values and strategy. Use this point in the year to reassess the challenges that you were facing at the start of the year.

  1. Take a fresh look at your creative and branding.

When was the last time you looked at your business through the eyes of a potential customer who has never before encountered your brand? If the answer is “a while ago,” then the second half of the year may be the perfect time for a refresh. Consider your logo, social media icons, advertising creative, sales materials, and anything else that may be customer-facing. A full refresh is a great way to reintroduce new excitement around your brand.

  1. Set yourself up strong for 2027.

Being able to look ahead while there’s still time is crucial for budgeting, marketing, and planning for YOY growth. This can be tricky for some businesses who may experience their busy season in Q3 and Q4, but knocking out that planning now frees your attention up to focus on what matters most – your business.

The businesses that finish 2026 strong will not necessarily be the ones that made the biggest changes. They will be the ones that took the time to recognize where they are, where they want to go, and what needs to happen next. We’d love to hear about your business and what you want to achieve – just start the conversation. Reach out today!
