This platform is very effective since it is often shown in search results and on map listings. When customers are trying to find information quickly about your business, Google My Business is often what they see first. Keeping your profile updated is crucial when things are changing quickly. 

2. Social Media. This can be a great place to make company announcements, share updated hours, and any other information that could be beneficial to your customers. Social media platforms allow you to stay in constant communication with your customers!

3. Website. Your company website should serve as a one-stop shop for all your important information and updates. All other marketing channels often lead people to your website for a full list of updates, so you'll want to be sure that your website has the most accurate and up-to-date information. From a simple banner on your homepage to a full page of information, your customers should not missing anything you need them to know!

4. Email. This is one of the fastest ways to reach the masses. With one click of a button - send - you can notify your entire contact list of company updates and information! Email is a great way to keep the channels of communication open with your clientele and quickly get your updates in front of many people.
